Wellness and Fitness
The level of wellness facilities varies by ship.
Sea Cloud II offers massages and beauty treatments at an additional cost, as well as a sauna that can be heated upon request. It also has a compact fitness area with a treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike and step machine.
Sea Cloud Spirit has the most extensive wellness offering in the fleet, with treatment rooms, a Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and multi-sensory shower. Massages and spa treatments are available for an additional fee.
Its fitness area is located on the sun deck and includes modern cardio equipment and weights.
This is not a mega-ship spa complex, but there is enough for guests who want to combine sailing, exploration and a little restorative downtime.
Swimming and Water Sports
Water-sports activities are available from the gangway on Sea Cloud and from the marina platforms aboard Sea Cloud II and Sea Cloud Spirit.
Depending on the weather and the captain’s approval, guests may be able to use snorkelling equipment, stand-up paddleboards and a towable tube.

During the day, casual-chic or yachting-style clothing is recommended. In the evenings, the dress code becomes casually elegant.
Swimwear should not be worn at lunch, and shorts are discouraged at dinner.
For the Captain’s Dinner, guests are encouraged to dress more formally, with cocktail wear, suits or similarly elegant outfits.
